Chromosome staining/banding/FISH
Three pairs of chromosomes (two pair with minor NORs and one pair with major) beared NORs. Constitutive heterochromatin bands were found in almost all acrocentric chromosomes, but nearly lacking in the metacentrics and in the two smallest acrocentrics.
